Returns, damages and issues 
Please choose your items carefully, as we do not accept returns for change of mind. Review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you have any issues with your order, it arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at info@playfrill.co.nz.

Refunds 
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at  info@playfrill.co.nz.

Consumer Guarantees Act 
All purchases are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act and other New Zealand Consumer Laws.
