Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

New Zealand Shipping

We ship throughout New Zealand using tracked courier services.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

North Island: 1–2 business days

South Island: 2–3 business days

Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 days

Flat rate shipping is $8 NZD or free for orders over $60 NZD.

Australian Shipping

We ship throughout Australia using tracked courier services.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 3-10 business days.

Flat rate shipping is $14 AUD or free for orders over $120 AUD.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist with a courier enquiry.

International Shipping

At this time we only routinely ship within New Zealand and Australia. Please enquire at info@playfrill.co.nz if you would like a quote for international shipping.
